- Go to /admin/modules and install composer_manager
- After click on "install" get a white screen -> apache log -> PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function url() in modules/composer_manager/composer_manager.module on line 64, referer: http://XXXXXX/admin/modules
- Refresh -> apache log -> PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function Drupal\\composer_manager\\l() in modules/composer_manager/src/AutoloaderSubscriber.php on line 47, referer: http://XXXXXX/admin/modules

I think we can close this one as duplicate since the patches proposed are fixing that issue.
