Database update script 5 pending updates

After upgrade from 3.2 (followed instructions on https://docs.acquia.com/commons/upgrade) to 3.3 RC2, following 5 updates won't apply:

commons_bw module
7302 - Make sure existing nodes titles are migrated to the title field. per http:drupal.org/node/1969088.

commons_groups module
3109 - Update the group_group field per http:drupal.org/node/1948224 and disable the deprecated Commons Group Privacy module per https:drupal.org/node/1961296.
3110 - Update the og group filter inside views per http:drupal.org/node/2037417.
3111 - Set commons_groups to display need update message for those upgrading from 3.2 and revert the view to add the update display See https:drupal.org/node/2059857#comment-7733465

commons_notify module
7301 - Ensure that the new notifications fields are reverted.

After clicking "Apply pending updates" next error message is displayed:

DatabaseSchemaObjectExistsException: Table field_data_title_field already exists. in DatabaseSchema->createTable() (line 657 of /includes/database/schema.inc)
