"Add Payment Method" asks for address, no option to use existing address

Commerce provides an address book where users can add a default address.

I installed Commerce Stripe and configured Stripe in test mode. I logged in as an auth user and added an address to my account. But, when I go to add a payment method (/payment-methods/add), Commerce Stripe asks for my card info and address; there is no option to use an existing address.

Instead, it would be great to be able to use an address that is already in the address book or, optionally, input a new address.
