Add description to the quantity field

Problem/Motivation

It is currently not clear when a price list item will apply based on whether the quantity match is a strict match or not. It would be useful to have that information displayed directly on the form, attached to the quantity field, with a description explaining that the price list item will apply if the quantity is equal to or higher than the provided value, until another price list item with a different quantity level is defined.
