Problem/Motivation

Decide if any of the variables used in ubercart cart module need to be migrated. And, if so, the destination.

The variables I found are:

  • uc_store_admin_page_display
  • uc_store_help_page
  • uc_store_price_handler_format

Proposed resolution

None. The variables do not need to be migrated. See #3.

  • uc_store_admin_page_display
    • No longer needed, it's a display preference specifically for Ubercart.
  • uc_store_help_page
    • No longer needed, it's meant to be a URL to direct users to whatever help page the admin may have set up for users relating to their stores. Commerce 2.x has no such page.
  • uc_store_price_handler_format
    • Did you actually mean to refer to "uc_price_format_callback" as the variable? "uc_store_price_handler_format" was the value of the default price format which would be set in "uc_price_format_callback". Whatever the case, it's not needed since the format of displayed prices isn't something that can be customised in Commerce 2.x outside of code unless I'm mistaken.

@swickham, thanks for the explanations. That is quite clear that nothing needs to be done with these variables. And yes, I did mean uc_price_format_callback.
