Very small possibility of breaking change

Issue 3361582 introduced a new id attribute change to the content section of blocks in order to better handle aria attributes. If your theme adds an id to the content section of a block (not a standard practice) it will be replaced by the collapsiblock id. This may affect other JS behaviours or theming which will need to be re-targeted to the new id.
