Cleaner module doesn't actually check the interval setting

Hi,

Unless I'm missing something (if I am, I apologize), but it doesn't appear that the cron interval is checked before running the cleanup code.

I've submitted a patch that addresses this issue. Please disregard if I'm missed something obvious.

If you apply this patch, you'll need to re-save your cleaner settings so that the interval value is translated into an int.
