One of the latest changes https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ckeditor_indentblock/commit/067f34f has introduced bug - when you try to use quickedit, then the site will show fatal error:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Error: Call to undefined function Drupal\ckeditor_indentblock\Plugin\CKEditorPlugin\getLibraryURL() in Drupal\ckeditor_indentblock\Plugin\CKEditorPlugin\IndentBlock->getFile() (line 50 of modules/contrib/ckeditor_indentblock/src/Plugin/CKEditorPlugin/IndentBlock.php).
