IE11 browser; JAWS screen reader

In the CKEditor, the Active Toolbar buttons are unable to be activated using the Spacebar when JAWS screen reader is activated and users are navigating using only the keyboard.

Seems closely tied to the other issue you filed - #2910098: [upstream] 508 - WYSIWYG toolbar is not fully keyboard accessible.

We can probably close one of these issues, and carry on with the other.

Actually, this appears to be related to our configuration UI, the issue you linked is CKEditor itself.

CKEditor has been removed from core, CKEditor 4 is removed from Drupal Core in 10.0.0
