While doing a D6 to D7 Field migration, I received the error message:

Fatal error: Class 'MigrateHandler' not found in migrate/includes/destination.inc on line 108

I found that this error was resolved once I enabled the Migrate module.

Please make the Migrate module a required module for CCK 7.x
