new field not displayed

Hi,

I added the "number" field (integer/text field) to a custom content type named "restaurant", so I now have a "field_address" field in my "content_type_restaurant" table.
I added the number "6435" to the "Chez Marcel" restaurant in the "number" field.
When I'm using print_r($node) to display the whole node content, I have the following :

[field_r_name] => Array
        (
            [0] => Array
                (
                    [value] => Chez Marcel
                    [view] => Chez Marcel
                )

        )
[field_number] => Array
                        (
                            [#access] => 1
                            [#value] => 
                            [#weight] => 0
                            [#printed] => 1

...

As you can see above, there's no value for "number", even if the DB field is correctly set to 6435 ...
Like it isn't read from the DB because this is a new field, or something like that ...

Any help would be very appreciated ...
