I am attempting to add a new field to a content type on the "manage fields" page. The fields with which to do so at the bottom of the page, however, are not showing up. Any idea what is going on?

I fixed this myself. Another set of modules (that were dev modules) were interfering. Once I removed those modules, everything was fine.
