I use drupal 5.0 with cck & views

The error message is:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'entry ( vid int unsigned NOT NULL default '0', nid int unsig' at line 1 query: CREATE TABLE content_type_Blog entry ( vid int unsigned NOT NULL default '0', nid int unsigned NOT NULL default '0', PRIMARY KEY (vid) ) /*!40100 DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 */ in /var/www/drupal5/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I rename the content type name from "Blog entry" to "Blog_entry" , and then it seems work fine.

Spaces are explicitly disallowed in the internal name, for precisely this reason.

And I'm fairly sure that CCK properly uses the internal name and not the displayed name, because my CCK displayed names have spaces and capitalization in them without running into this issue.

Title: SQL syntax error : CREATE TABLE content_type_Book review .... » CCK cannot create table for content type name with spaces
Project: Drupal core » Content Construction Kit (CCK)
Version: 5.x-dev » 5.x-1.x-dev
Component: database system » content.module

Moot point now, but this was clearly never a database or even a core issue.
