I found the same error, I applied http://drupal.org/project/casetracker_work code, and assigned time to all 'time_factor' values.

This version of Case Tracker Work is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.

Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
