If I use "%THEME/images/bueditor" as path and have two themes enabled, %THEME looks for the images in the theme that has been set to default, not the current.
This issue is pretty critical if you are running more then one theme...

This is because path_to_theme() returns bueditor path in editor settings pages.
Please review the attached patch.

Which is your theme when you are at admin/settings/bueditor/N?
Where is the icon path pointing to?
Where should it point to?
Have you set a particular administration theme?

I have not set any admin-theme, just enabled Garland as default and a custom as seconday theme. When I go to the settings-page with my admin-user I use my custom theme, but Bueditor is looking for the icons in the garland-folder. So it looks like it just takes the global default-theme and not the users theme path...

Does %THEME/images/bueditor exist for your custom theme?
It's actually a feature of bueditor to fallback to default theme when specified icon directory does not exist for the current theme.
