Support for views RSS/feed icons

I setup a views RSS feed and attached it to my main view page. On other themes you'll see a small RSS icon towards the bottom of the views page.

It looks like bootstraps is missing $feed_icons output on page.tpl.php.
print $feed_icons;

Which should be placed after
print render($page['content']);
