Add Flag support?

Hello,

It would be useful to be able to trigger the block refresh when a specific flag or flag type is clicked or unclicked. For example, a user flags a node, which causes a block to appear with a specific message. Is that possible with this module? How can this be accomplished?

(The Flag module already displays a flag/unflag success message, but that message occurs for each individual flag. If a user flags several items in one go, then they will receive a message for each of those flaggings. My thought is that the Block Refresh would occur once.)
