"The media library for blocks as components".
Provides a block component library to define and use custom blocks as reusable components.
Why?
This functionality is very helpful for site / content administrators to separate this kind of component from technical blocks. This is why we also decided to place this list in the "Content" area of administration.
How?
On each block type a checkbox "Add to block component library" is added and a view is created under /admin/content/block-content-component-library which lists these blocks.
