Code add-on to enable theme selection [#847268]

I have made a small modification to allow user to select "skins" from /skins.

The format of the theme should be :
/skins/new_theme/better-messages.css etc

Sorry I cannot provide the patch, instead I provided the modified copy of the module

this work for anyone? the sample skin theme displays a bunch of code instead of the actual message. the default theme seems to work ok though.
