The backup not completed

Steps to reproduce

When launch backup (or cron launch the task) the backup not end correctly. This happens since October. I search and test in many ways, and i comprobed:

-Manual and scheduled folders are open correctly writable. Tested again, generated .htaccess files, test.txt and tested.txt
-The back up is generated in temp folder. The last is "backup_migrate_f7C1mk.mysql"
-Later, the back is zipped. The previous example generate "backup_migrate_OM1ipb.mysql.gz" . This file is completed ziped, content the file "backup_migrate_OM1ipb.mysql.gz" AND NOT "backup_migrate_f7C1mk.mysql"
-Later, finish them. In the temp folder remail five files:
backup_migrate_tGZuRw (0 bytes)
backup_migrate_f7C1mk (0 bytes)
backup_migrate_f7C1mk.mysql (94.56 MB)}
backup_migrate_OM1ipb (0 bytes)
backup_migrate_OM1ipb.mysql.gz (19,22MB)
-In admin/reports is a message "Deleting temp files."

The .gz file is not moved to manual or scheduled folder, no mail is sended (except in a test, when chmod the folder to 0555 and mail "The file /home/webmas24/public_html/sites/tmp/backup_migrate_ZL7O5B.mysql cannot be written to. "
