Nodesquirrel as a location for backup doesn't show up, there is no alternative for editing the NS settings.
Don't know if this feature not implemented yet or if this is a bug

As far as I can see in code are external destinations like Nodesquirrel and Amazon S3 currently not implemented in the D8 port.
