I cannot restore from an uploaded file. It simple refreshes the page. There is no error log or alert. Is this common? I have no idea where to troubleshoot.

Just ran into this issue trying to test a database (as opposed to full site) restore to my dev server. Everything behaves as if its accepting the upload, but once done its as if I never interacted with the page at all. No errors, no log messages, no white screen like I've seen reported in some other restore issues, not even a proper page refresh - the file upload field simply resets and nothing changes in the site.

The no-errors is exceptionally frustrating, as all I can add to this issue is that its happening to my site as well.

I moved the file from the download directory into the "Manual backups" directory and it's restoring fine, so it's not the file itself.

@NancyDru please try the new 7.x-3.2 version released September 27, 2017, and report back if this resolves your issue.
