As a totally new user of this module, is it not there a way to enable directly from config the checkbox : "Authcache" , for all existing type of panes. ..panel , per content type .. etc..

Note that you only should enable the Authcache-checkbox on fragments which contain personalized data. For example, the a shopping cart. It makes no sense to do that for content which is the same for every user (e.g., the powered-by-drupal block).
