More granular permissions, please [#1702968]

With the current version, it seems only the following permissions are available:

Administer Arrange Fields settings
Use and configure Arrange Fields module, as well as export & import settings.

I'm attempting to use this in conjunction with the workbench module. What this means is if I give someone enough access to use Arrange Fields, I also give them enough access to perform arrange fields operations on ALL my content types (via /admin/config/arrange-fields)

I'd like to be able to restrict it so that instead of modifying the content type template, they could only have permission to modify the display of individual nodes.

Sorry to take so long to respond to this.

This isn't a bad idea, but it would have to wait for the next major version (7.x-2.0), as if I change the permission structure now, it might screw up lots of users who have written code based on the current permission.
