all the themes that ship with drupal core have decent RTL support. no idea about contrib themes.

@joel_guesclin In case you ended up with some list of good rtl themes, don't hesitate to share it as I'm looking for the same answer for http://musescore.org/ar
Perhaps we could even start a Drupal group and make a wiki page to list up all good themes.

hello you are right, although I am new with drupal, the first thing I have noticed is that when we switch to rtl the bar rest the left bar.

I sent a message to the theme team to fix the problem, but I can tell you how to do :
the zip file contains the two files style.css and style-rtl.css you have just to extract the zip in the root of your drupal or copy and past the two files in themes/gerland/
with this little modification all theme will be right with you.
