Admin Menu Swap allows you to set a custom administration menu per role. For example, you can create an Editor menu for the Content editor role.
This module is inspired by Administration Menu Source, which doesn't have a Drupal 8 release.
Difference between this and Toolbar Menu
This module and the Toolbar Menu module do similar things, but have different results. Toolbar Menu adds an additional menu to the toolbar, which can be really useful for administrators, but can be very confusing for other users (eg. site owners). This module replaces the first main admin menu with a new one of your choice, which makes it simpler for less savvy users like website owners.
