Missing newer models from the Model template

Problem/Motivation

When someone wants to add a new e.g. Chat Model the Use Model Template shows a bit different list then whatis available in the Model Garden

Proposed resolution

If there's an API, get the list of currently available models from Model Garden. If not, hen this field is unecessary.
In the latter case, I suggest to add the https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/model-garden link to the Vertex Model ID field description.
