can i set up the time limit beetween same user will vote? I want to set up that logged user could vote 1 time per 24 hours and anonymous guest could also vote one time per 24 hours. Is this possible to do that?

I would also like support for a feature like this. Perhaps a time interval that the admin could set such as maximum 1 vote per hour, per 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, weekly... This could probably be built into the time management. Unfortunately I cannot offer any assistance beyond testing.

Voting API already has this functionality. I configured the settings but it doesn't seem to affect the binary poll I am using. The poll still behaves in a way that each user can only vote once.

Any updates on this?

Set up a new poll. Same one as before if you have to. It appears to take the settings from votingapi when created, so if you update the voting refresh period in votingapi, you have to create a new poll. That could be the missing piece.
