Understand there may not be a D7 version, but this is a great module. While I also understand that some of the functionality can be done in core now, these functions can be implemented much quicker with a module, and this one was great, so a D7 version is in order if someone else has time for it.

Consider this a vote for porting APK to D7. Thanks!

Have a look at http://drupal.org/project/panelizer . Beyond that, I don't know if this will go anywhere. There hasn't been any other interest in all this time since D7 came out. I'll leave it active, but don't get your hopes up.
