I think this would be nice to have too. Mentioning ?advagg=0 in the description of "Enable advanced aggregation" strikes me as a good place, because that's one of the most important checkboxes, and if they try to disable adv agg for debugging, not knowing about ?advagg=0, then they'll be sure to see it when they go to uncheck it.
