sk33lz commentediory57,
I would suggest using the Panels module and edit your node template. It is included as a default panel when you install the module. Enable the template, create a new variant, and start adding your content. You would achieve this by recreating the node elements piece by piece within the panel, and sticking your Adsense block in where you want it. It's a little tricky if you don't know Panels very well, but can be done fairly easily once you get the hang of Panels. Even further, you can also create a selection rule that will only pull that sort of node template for a certain content type. Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Jason

jcnventuraBesides the panels module, you can always add the block via PHP or the adsense input filter to the end of your content.
