I am not seeing the adsense publisher id or code on the pages. I entered them from the admin side for the module but I noticed that the blocks show then disappears. When I check the source code, I don't see adsense codes nor pub id or ad id.

How can I fix this and where is the problem coming from?

I figured out the issue, adsense do not work on SSL sites. Shame on them!
I have to make few changes on my site to eliminate the https on certain pages and redirect it to http instead while the other pages which I will not use adsend will stay https

If anybody has insights about this issue please let me know. As I mentioned above, my site is:
