Block view of users that do not have the role that sub-administrator can edit

I am wondering if it is possible to make the module work so that if I have multiple roles that I can only see the users with the role that I can edit. For example, I have administrator of User type A and admin of user type b (and user type A and b). My expectation is that admin of type A could only see a list of users of type A. (He can only edit those users but I think it will be confusing otherwise.)

is this possible?
