Problem/Motivation
After updating to Drupal 8.9.2 and Admin Toolbar 8.2.3, I can no longer add or edit a specific content type on our website. It does not happen on all content types, only one. For this purpose, we'll call it "example" content type. When adding or editing an existing "example" node, I get a "website encountered an unexpected error" page, and the following error in our logs:
Uncaught PHP Exception Drupal\\Component\\Plugin\\Exception\\PluginNotFoundException: "Plugin ID 'admin_toolbar_tools.extra_links:entity.node_type.edit_form.example was not found." at /var/www/site/docroot/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Menu/MenuLinkManager.php line 206.
I've tried flushing all caches and re-installing the module. If I disable the `admin_toolbars_tools`module, everything works as expected. Any ideas or suggestions?
Steps to reproduce
Edit content type "example", or try to add new node of content type "example".

deaom commentedI could not reproduce this issue. And you also mentioned that it only happens on specific one content type, all others are working fine. I assume there is some path problem in the DB or something was added to the config yml for that content type. Could you compare the one that are working to the one that is not and see if there are any changes that should not be present?

evilehk commentedI experienced something similar where after enabling admin_toolbar_tools I would see a PluginNotFoundException with the message "The "admin_toolbar_tools.extra_links" entity type does not exist". The culprit ended up being an older version of the menu_link_attributes contrib module. Updating that module fixed the problem.
