not existing items remaining in menu [#1297080]

Hello
I had installed workbench module, then I removed it.
Sadly, some of its items are stuck in admin menu.(my drafts, reviewed, needs review)
So my menu is too loaded and takes 2 row, hiding the site's menu.

I've checked in management menu : they are not there but they are displayed !
I've flushed everything 100 times in vain.
Then I removed admin menu and uninstalled it.
But when I reinstalled it, items were still there...
I've also disabled 'help' 'advanced help' but they are also still displayed...
How can I fix this ?

I confirm that when disabling menu items in /admin/structure/menu/manage/management, they don't get removed from the Admin Menu. The only workaround found so far is to move them somewhere where they are less visible. For example moving Advanced Help inside Help removed one top-level menu item.

I hope for a fix to this and that the Administration Menu's own menu item wouldn't take a second level entry of its own (Configuration -> Administration -> Administration Menu) but instead be a third level entry in Configuration -> System -> Administration Menu.

Additionally, there are two items in the Admin Menu bar, Tasks and Index, that are not present on /admin/structure/menu/manage/management. Where's the setting to adjust these?

Module version is 7.x-3.0-rc1.
