I've installed 1.6 with mixed results.

The alignment issues with IE are fixed, thanks!

But the new version:
- doesn't seem to include the black "menu_bg.png" image at the top of the screen . . . we liked it there in version 1.5!
- when there is no content in the side bars, they collapse and the center column goes wide,

Sorry . . . should have specified ad_novus fluid

Seems like the top black bar also disappears when the menu is disabled. (Stayed visible in 1.5 with menu disabled)
