"all activity" menu also cannot be edited. I noticed its edit url is "../edit/-259", which probably caused the probem.
Same thing for the dev version.

There's definitely some weirdness going on here...I have identified a few items but in the end I think you will have to reset the activity menus at a minimum to get things sorted out...

Attached patch makes sure that RSS all activity menu item and JSON all activity menu item have titles and are set as menu type of MENU_CALLBACK so that they don't appear in the menu page.

I'm no menu expert so my approach could be wrong. However I don't have the problem from this reported issue anymore.
