how to change order sections on user profile

Hi!

Is there som way how to change order in sections on user profile page?
e.g. on this (standard) user profile page http://www.somvprahe.sk/user/igorik

are these sections (wit this order)
-historia (history)
-oblubene (favourites)
-sukromne spravy (private messages)
-zivot v Prahe (custom profile field)
-osobne informacie (personal informations)
-Slovensko (custom profile field)
-Zamestnanie (custom profile field)
-Korbaciky (user points)

And what's the point, I need to change order of these sections.
-personal informations to set higher (on the first or second position),
-favourites to set on the last position (on bottom)
etc.

Is it possible to change the order on this page, and if yes, how?

(I think that there can be some option with use module views, but I don't try to use this module yet)
Is there some option to change the order without use views module too?
And if no, what I must to set in views module, are they required some others module too?
