The approved translation is "Systemvoraussetzungs-Problem". This word appears as page title on one of the very first screens of the installation process.

I would kindly ask to remove the approval state for this translation and rework it. "Systemvoraussetzungs-Problem" occurs nowhere outside the Drupal project - http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&client=safari&rls=en&q=%22Systemvoraus... and to me sounds extremely unfriendly and bureaucratic.

May I suggest an alternative translation: "Nicht erfüllte Systemvoraussetzungen"
