Node Queue uses a deprecated way of creating default options in the Views relationship. Instead of overriding the views_handler_relationship::options function it should be overriding views_handler_relationship::option_definition to return the default values. Attached is a patch that corrects this behavior.

Patch applies cleanly and after cache clear editing the view relationship options work as expected.
