This is the letter I sent to drupal:

Dear sir/madam,

My webdesigner has a few problems with editing a template in drupal, he gets several errors while doing so. You can see the error(s) when you click on a tab or something on the site (www.foreksz.com). I've been sending emails back and forth for a month now; to my webhoster and the makers of the template but that hasn't led to any solutions. So the maker of the template sent me to you for advise, I bought the template at bluegelmedia.com.My webhoster gave me the following awnser:Your temp-directory can be found in /customers/foreksz.com/foreksz.com/tmp so in stead of using the/tmp folder you should be using the /customers/foreksz.com/foreksz.com/tmp in the function realpath. Could you ask the makers of the script how to choose another tempdir in the script? Because the folder that I just mentioned is actually placed/or can be found in the open_basedir: /customers/foreksz.com/foreksz.com. Can you please help me solve this problem?

lol, you send a letter to Drupal? Drupal is not an organisation, Drupal is a piece of software, open source software, and in particularly free open source software. You can get free support here in the forums, search for information, or look for commercial support (http://drupal.org/services or http://drupal.org/paid-services)

Anyway, as your host told you, you need to change the tmp directory, which you can do in admin/settings/file-system
