How do I - make sure you're in the getting-started-app directory. Replace /path/to/getting-started-app with the path to your getting-started-app directory.

If you intend to use Docker, it is much, much easier to use DDev, which is essentially a pre-configured wrapper for docker that handles all configuration, and makes it Drupal specific, as well as providing various Drupal tools.
