-This patch is for changing the "Post new comment" link in order to add it to the theme_link (For theming purposes).

- And also for changing the place of the add new comment form to be displayed before the comments thread.
(I tried comment_form_above_comments module but it didn't work as expected in your module)

This is a large patch as posted however it seems like quite a lot of the updates are spacing. I can't see what really changed in the code and what was just picked up due to a space or tab. Can you please re-submit a patch with just the changed lines in unified output format (diff -u)? Thank you.
