I'm having trouble with my language localization. I can't get "forums" to translate http://www.sbbic.org/drupal-4.7.0/km/forum

You should be able to see the "Forums" there (though most of the rest will be boxes).

Is there a way to reset my translation and start from scratch again without loosing all the data I have put in my site using that language (Khmer)?

Or a way to troubleshoot this issue (the string is translated)?

Here's what I have for localization strings:
Forum
modules/forum.module:899

Forums
/drupal-4.7.0/km

forums
modules/forum.module:54, ;59

Is something missing?

Forums is the category name and does not get translated. I think an issue about this was already reported.
