I've been able to add products that are files, but after purchasing one, I click on
"My Files" and there's nothing there. Same thing in the User profile under "view your downloads"
I get the following info and message.

Click here to view your expired files. (this link takes me back to the same place)
You have no files to download.

Also when I go to my order history. I see the transaction and under "items ordered" I can click "1 item" and it opens a new window which shows the name of the product, but it's a link to a the node. maybe that's what's supposed to happen, but at any rate, I still can't see the files under My Files.

I'm a bit frustrated. Can someone help me out please. What should do? Thanks!

Hello,

Store -> Transactions, there you have turn the specific transaction to completed. After that your file product will be downloadable.

i've got the problem to with file products. how i can by a file product, so i don't have to turn the transaction to the completed status?

I don't understand why the user has to enable the file to be downloaded after the file is purchased. I would like to have the options before it is purchased. For example the seller can select how long the file is valid for, etc.

How are you approaching this? What do you think the easiest way to modify this would be?
