Offshoot from #542658: Move action "tabs" out of local tasks:

Problem

  • The "inline" method of adding new system objects in a table (f.e. on admin/config/people/roles) is no longer in line with the new action links.

Procedure

  • Fix those ;)
  • I.e. use action links. :)

Do we really want to remove this pattern? Field UI basically implements it as well. And I'd say it's faster to work with.

I like these inline forms as opposed to the action links. They make sense to me in this case as well as the fields UI.

Note, however, that this concept/pattern #fails if you have more than 5 or whatever existing "things".

If you have >10 or >20 user roles, then the last row where you can add a new one, will possibly be located below the visible viewport.
