I have CCK Imagefield use a default image in case no image is uploaded by the user for a node and I have 2 Presets, Nr.1 for full node view, Nr.2 for teaser. Problem is, imagecache will create a default image for preset 1, but not for preset 2, which I use in the Teaser.

sorry, ment to say view, images are showing in the teaser but not in a view where i used the same preset and field as for the teaser.

found out that a view with row style: node works, while a "field" style row wont show the default image.

imagefield allows you define a default image in case a user doesn't upload one himself.
i have 2 presets small and medium, small for teaser, medium for full node, both work in normal teaser and full node views.
If I select "fields" style instead of "node" row style in my view, the default (mini) image wont appear in that view, whereas the uploaded (mini) images do appear. thinking about it again, probably its a imagefield feature request rather than a imagecache bug. i guess the default image option is assigned to a node type specific teaser and full node view and therefore i can't get it to work in views as a "fields" row style view.
