I have implemented the module project and anonymous users can view all tasks that registered users entered.
But I need to know if it is possible to manage the comments to see that only the owner of the task, ie, anonymous users can view all tasks, but can not view the comments.

Permissions:
Mark on authenticated user: to access comments, post comments,
post comments without approval
anonymous user: all empty
