Adding SimpleTests.

Runs cleanly through Home > Administer > Site building > Testing.

Adds BackupMigrate to list of tests categories.

Does a couple very simple tests. More substantive ones to come.

Awesome, thanks. I'll get this patch applied when I get a chance.

I have a boatload of tests against the 1.x branch that I never committed, because I never got around to it, and I re-factored the code soon after I created them.

If you are willing to put some time into writing test, writing them against the 2.x branch would be extremely awesome. The 1.x branch is feature complete, so there's a less dramatic need for the testing, while the 2.x branch is being actively developed with lots of cool new features etc. Having some basic test to check for regressions as I add new features would be a huge help.
