Track unique AD clickthrus

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if there is a module available that handles unique clickthru's

Goal:
Text links on my website that, once clicked, will count a clickthru but only for that IP per day, to keep an accurate log of the clickthru's.

Hopefully there is something available,
